Classes resumed on campus on 14 April. HKUST members showed their support for staff and patients at United Christian Hospital in Kwun Tong in their battle against SARS by writing messages of thanks and good wishes which were displayed in the lobby of the hospital as a morale-booster. The 'Unite Our Support to United' campaign was organized by the Student Social Service Society between 15-17 April.
